I have developed and implemented various eLearning solutions for National Grid. The programs are all developed using Flash and are fully intergrated with a their SCORM compliant LMS system WBT Manager.

The packages consist of Interactive exercises, self check questions and a multichoice assessment quiz. I have been involved in creating content and Actionscript  programming to make the program shell behave how the customenr required.

The packages show and hide content depending on the authorisation level that is selected, this tailors the learning to the current user.
